I'm glad you're here!

Are you weary of living in a world that tries to push you into a black and white box? Are you longing for a full-color life? For more joy, more wonder, more rooted connection... Me too.

It's time to color outside the lines - outside of the binary, the rigid and the us/them-ness of this crazy time we live in.   Are you ready to get re-enchanted with your life? Great. This space is for you. Let's get connected.

About Anne

“There's such a lot of different Annes in me. I sometimes think that is why I'm such a troublesome person. If I was just the one Anne it would be ever so much more comfortable, but then it wouldn't be half so interesting.”

L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables

My work blends the training I've received as a therapist and a pastor with creative practices and embodied ritual.  Some may call this integrative, holistic or eclectic.  I just call it authentic.  It's how I show up in the world and the way I seek healing, wholeness and spiritual growth in my own life.

I love helping individuals of all ages, genders and identities to tap into the ways God shows up in their bodies and in the natural world.  But I do have a special place in my heart for women. I have always been drawn to working with the sacred feminine and excavating the wild, fluid, imaginative beauty that orthodox religion has historically tried to bury.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, I offer groups, workshops and retreats.  I also love to write, so let's talk about partnering on your writing project.

I'm so glad you dropped by!  Here's some original art as a free welcome gift to say thank you.

Client Stories

"Anne is one of the most creative and genuinely caring people I know. She has a gift for making everyone feel seen and valued, and she brings an energy that makes you want to show up and see what’s she’s up to now. When she led the Lenten study of her book, My Body Is Good, she wove together authentic conversation, whimsical activities, and fresh perspectives that made the experience both meaningful and fun. It was a space free of diet culture and full of connection."
